Gaming supervisors monitor gaming operations and employees in an assigned area. Circulating among the tables, they see that all stations and games are attended to for each shift. It also is accepted for supervisors to interpret the casino’s operating standards for members. Supervisors can also plan and organize activities for guests staying in their casino hotels.

Gaming supervisors must have clear leadership qualities and good communication skills.
