• Don’t Drink … Gamble!

    [ English ]

If you enjoy having a a beer ever so often, leave your money out of the casino if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your pocketbook, your billfold, and leave all cash, charge cards and cheques out of the casino. Pack whatever money you intend to use on beverages, tipping and only the pocket change you intend to lose and keep the rest behind.

Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You might have a win after a inebriated evening out with your friends and be blessed sufficiently to hit a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps table. Keep that story because it’s as brief as it gets if you continuously drink and bet. The two just don’t go well together.

Leaving your moola at home might be a bit dramatic, but preventative measures for dramatic actions is a requirement. If you bet to profit, then don’t drink and gamble. If you are able to afford to throw away your money without a concern, then drink all the free alcohol you are able to handle, but do not take charge cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of chasing losses after your drunk as a skunk brain loses all the cash!

Allow me to take this 1 step more. Don’t drink and then go on the internet to play in your favorite online casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the comfort of my home, but considering that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit near by, I can’t consume alcohol and gamble.

Why? Even though I do not drink to excess, once I drink alcohol, it is clearly enough to blur my common sense. I bet, so I don’t consume alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, don’t bet when you do. Both create an awful, and crazy, cocktail.
